Designing

Design and Development of a Product (RnD)

The design and development of a product includes all those stages that are necessary for an idea to become a reality, i.e. item / product. These stages are usually understanding the concept, searching for material / information and retrieving knowledge around the concept, initial design, improvements, creating alternative designs, improvements, creating a final design, determining a production method, creating construction plans for all components objects.

2D & 3D mechanical drawings

3D design is the most modern tool when designing an object (part) or a set of objects (assembly). It allows us to see the entirety of what it will actually look like when it is built. Also, we can predict and see errors that may occur, eg from the movement of one object "hitting" another. Last but not least, all the movements of a mechanism can be precisely calculated, such as hydraulic cylinders or rotating mechanisms, etc. We usually end up in 2D design when we want to give plans for hot (laser) or cold (strand, scissors, roller) processing.

Photorealistic designs / Renders

One of the tools that 3D design programs offer us is photorealism and renders. In essence, it is a visualization of the plans by applying final colors to the object and the properties of the light in order to get an image as close as possible to reality. With this possibility, we can see what the product will be like before it is even manufactured so that the right choice of colors, materials and possibly some structural changes that have to do with the aesthetic result can be made.

Product presentations

In the presentations of the products, a model is created with photorealistic designs, technical drawings, technical information and product characteristics. The purpose of the presentation is to communicate the product to a potential consumer or investment audience.

Instructions / ManualInstructions for Use, Manual

A manual is a book that contains information or instructions about a function or for an object. The manual may provide brief instructions for the operation and use of an item or general information, technical information and possibly a parts list.
